Stay at our beautiful hostel in Chucuito to explore the area and Tierra Amada!
Posada Santa Bárbara is unique in its style. It offers a terraced garden with flowers, stone statues and a direct view to Lake Titicaca. All buildings are made of stone and wood, made with typical Andean techniques. Most of the floors have mosaics and details inspired by the Inca culture.

The main rooms have two floors and a small private bathroom with hot water thanks to solar panels, heating and beautiful views of the lake.

In the garden you relax in a hammock or sun loungers.
You also get access to an Andean sauna fueled by natural wood fires and local healing herbs at an additional cost.
By reservation we can organize a barbecue with typical Peruvian food in the garden.
Guests can use the washing machine for a fee.
We offer typical handmade Peruvian games such as Sapo and foosball; other board games (cards, dice, Monopoli and others).

Posada Santa Bárbara is located 20 minutes from Puno, one block from the main square of Chucuito and 800 meters from Tierra Amada.
