The Yoga practice
Yoga is believed to be more than 10,000 years old. What is impressive is that the importance of yoga for our lives today has not decreased compared to many centuries ago. Instead it is getting more important everyday because for a lot of people the daily level of stress and insecurity is increasing and Yoga can help you to find a peaceful balance again.
One of the greatest things about yoga is its ability to attach the two most crucial parts of us. Our own minds and bodies. There are many scientifically proven benefits that you gain if you decide to incorporate this ancient practice to your life. The most significant are:

The yoga practice consists of three parts: the asanas (postures and exercises), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. These are tools of yoga that we can use to improve ourselves, to let go of self-destructive patterns as well as to explore and realize our deepest and highest beliefs of our being.
We are creating a place to practice yoga in the beautiful surrounding of Tierra Amada while being drawn in to the present moment of the connection with nature at the same time.
Anja teaches Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. She offers private lessons, group lessons and retreats. The yoga classes take place at a outdoor yoga platform and in our future yoga house. A special feature will be the outdoor yoga accompanied by our horses.
