We are welcoming you in the unique place of Tierra Amada for retreat day, away from the noise and agitation of the city. Here you will be able to connect with the nature and the animals to reset all of yours energies !

About the event
The event starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 03:00 PM, the lunch with vegetables from the Tierra Amada´s substainable agriculture is included. We offer multiples activities, you can choose the ones you are interested in. Anja will do a yoga and breathing moment with you, on an outside plateform ; with a beautiful view on the lake, calm and silence. You will be able to do an empowerment workshop with the horses, trying to create a trust link with them, understand their emotions and yours ; discover the life of a "wild" horse. A meditation moment on the Meral (a spiritual stone circle) where you would connect your spirit, your body and all the informations around and in you. An art workshop is also proposed, to connect your emotions of the moment, what the place makes you feel and express your truth. Finally we can take you for a little hike to see the magnificient landscape and enjoy a 4000m altitude view with only 20-30min of walk.
The reservations are open, zou can reserved for a private event from one to eight persons, under four persons the price will be higher. If you want a private event just send us an email and we will give you all the informations.
